SYMPTOMS PROBABLE CAUSES
Uneven cutting height The blade(s) are not sharp
A cutting blade(s) is/are
bent
The deck is not level
The underside of the deck
is dirty
Tires improperly inflated
Blade motor shaft is bent or
motor is damaged

REMEDIES
Sharpen the blades
Install new cutting blade(s)
Level the deck per the Deck
leveling section of the Gen-
eral Service Manual
Clean the underside of the
deck
Adjust air pressure to8 -12
psi ( 55–83 KPa)
replace blade motor
