Description of the FISHTRON RX MINI
The nine-channel FISHTRON RX MINI receiver is designed for a wireless fish bite or alarm evaluation. All nine
channels can be used to save either bite alarms or alarms. The kit's range, i.e. a transmitter from the receiver,
is up to several hundred metres in free space. The receiver can be paired with a FLAJZAR bite alarms, such
as FISHTRON NEON TX3, FISHTRON Q9-RGB TX or FISHTRON CatFish TX3 or FISHTRON ALF3 alarm
sensor.
The receiver is switched on with a sliding switch which is located on the left side. After turning it on, the LED flashes
briefly and a short tone is heard.
The PLUS and MINUS buttons are located on the front side and are used for sound signalling volume control
in normal mode. They also activate the learn mode.
The FISHTRON RX MINI functions during a bite
• A compatible bite alarm signals the bite by sending encoded information to the receiver. The receiver first
verifies whether the bite alarms which is transmitting is stored in its memory – this will prevent the other
fisherman from interfering with the kit.
• If the signal from the detector is evaluated as valid, the sound signalling the bite will be heard on the
receiver (the pitch of the tone corresponds to the pitch of the tone set on the bite alarm) and the
corresponding number of the channel which the bite is on or which sent the signal that lights up on the
LED display.
• The channel number is still displayed 20 seconds after the bite on the LED display, then the red LED
flashes for 60 seconds at the top of the receiver (memory) and the number of the channel with the bite
comes on after briefly pressing any button.
