Eclipse Signature Capture Suite
• To re-select the signature area, repeat step 4. The system deletes any previous
selection.
5. In the Sales Order Number field, enter the sales order number for the selected signature.
6. In the Type of Selection field, enter the name of the cropping profile to define the area
coordinates to capture.
7. Click the Capture This Selection button to capture the signature.
The system highlights the captured signature in blue.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each misread signature on the manifest.
The system displays the number of attachments captured and the total number of
attachments for the misread manifest in the lower right side of the window.
9. Click the Send Attachments button to process the misread signatures.
The system displays the Transmitted Corrections dialog box when the signatures have
been successfully processed.
10. Click OK to close the Misread Correction Form window and return to the Manifest
Processor - Misreads window.
The misread manifest displays with a green check mark next to it to indicate that it was
successfully processed.
11. Select the processed manifest and click the Clear button to delete if from the Manifest
Processor - Misreads window.
Click the Clear All button to delete all misread manifests from the Manifest Processor -
Misreads window.
12. Click the Close button to save changes and exit the window.
