    3. Start-up 3.1 Safety instructions RCAD is a state-of-the-art system, assuring a high degree of reliability. However, that reliability can only be attained in practice if all the necessary measures are taken. It falls within the duty of care of the company operating the measuring device to en- sure that those measures are taken, and to monitor their implementation.
