    ASSEMBLY Handle Bar Assembly A. Place the machine on firm ground. Take out handles and handle mounting set. B. Align the lower handle bars with frame (Lower hand bar hole). Keep the direction of both lower handle bar in line with the wheels will assist in aligning the corresponding holes in the frame.

    OPERATION Switch on/off First, press the lock-off button fully, then hold the start/ stop lever. When machine is operated, the lock-off button can be released.
