    INTELINANO PLUS Avvertenze 4.2.1 Avvertimento attivo Quando si verifica un avvertimento, l’uscita allarme O04 si chiude e il LED rosso sopra pulsante Stop lampeggia. Il simbolo generale di avvertimento lampeggerà nell’angolo in alto a destra dello schermo LCD e il simbolo corretto verrà visualizzato nello storico con le ore di funzionamento.

AMF main screens structure First screen contain basic information about voltage and frequency measurement on mains and generator side. Also there is displayed position (status) of MCB and GCB, running hours counter, generator power and engine rpm.

  • Page 28 INTELINANO PLUS Shutdowns 4.3.1 Shutdown procedure The InteliNanoNT Plus controller opens outputs O05 GCB Close/Open, O01 Starter, O08 Prestart and O02 Fuel Solenoid and closes O03 Stop Solenoid to stop the engine immediately. O04 Alarm output is closed. Active or not confirmed protection disables start.
  • Page 29 INTELINANO PLUS 4.3.6 Possible shutdown alarms Emergency Stop The binary input Emergency Stop was activated. Overspeed The protection comes active if the speed is greater than 115% of nominal engine RPM, which is derived from generator frequency. Underspeed Low engine RPM. This alarm will be issued when the gen-set is running and then stops by itself, i.e. the RPM drops under the nominal engine RPM.

Aufbau der wichtigsten Seiten (in AMF) Die erste Seite enthält die Grundinformationen über die Maße von Spannung, Netzfrequenz und Generator. Es werden auch die Positionen (Zustände) von MCB und GCB, die Betriebsstunden, die durch den Generator gelieferte Leistung und die Anzahl Drehungen des Motors visualisiert.

Die gesamte Kapazität beträgt 10 Aufzeichnungen, die Abbildung ist ein Beispiel dafür, wie die Historie organisiert ist. Die Seite in diesem Beispiel zeigt die letzten vier Ereignisse auf.

    INTELINANO PLUS Warnhinweise 4.2.1 Aktiver Warnhinweis Tritt ein Warnhinweis auf, schließt sich der Ausgang Alarm O04 und die rote LED oberhalb der Drucktaste Stopp blinkt. Das allgemeine Warnsymbol blinkt oben rechts in der Ecke des LCD-Bildschirms und das korrekte Symbol wird in der Historie mit den Betriebsstunden visualisiert.

    INTELINANO PLUS Alarme 4.3.1 Vorgang zum Herunterfahren (shutdown) Der Controller InteliNano Plus öffnet die Ausgänge O05 GCB Close/Open, O01 Starter, O08 Prestart und Fuel Solenoid und schließt O03 Stop Solenoid, um den Motor sofort zu stoppen. Der Ausgang O04 Alarm wird geschlossen. Aktive oder nicht bestätigte Schutzeinrichtungen deaktivieren den Start.
