    Note: Without completing final appointment with the VitalCALL Monitoring Centre, your VitalCALL unit will not be active and will result in the alarm not connecting through to VitalCALL. Unless the VitalCALL operator advises you that there is a problem with the unit, your VitalCALL personal emergency response system is ready to use.
