1. Use a screw to pass through the front fork, spacer,
wheel and spacer, front fork, screw nut in turn, then
tight the screw nut.
3. Adjust the handle to a suitable position and angle,
and then tight the stem and the handle with four screws.
2. Knock the tube plug into the front fork with
a rubber hammer.
4. Adjust height: Open the screw of cushion quick release,
adjust height of the cushion until it suits the height of the
rider. Then, tight the quick-release screw.
