USING YOUR SANITIZER (CONT.) Remote Control The air sanitizer comes together with a remote control unit that uses regular button sized lithium batteries. When this unit will not be used over an extended period of time, please take out the battery.
KEEPING THINGS CLEAN Cleaning the Filters Clean the Pre-Filter surface with a vacuum cleaner or wash with water to remove large particles like hair, dust, pollen, and dander that may be entangled. Do this approximately twice per month. Gently clean the front side of the Cold Catalyst+Activated Carbon Filter with a vacuum cleaner.

KEEPING THINGS CLEAN (CONT.) When Should Filters Be Replaced? When the air sanitizer is used regularly, it is recommended that Filter #2 (Catalyst+Activated Carbon) and Filter #3 (Antibacterial Cotton+HEPA) be replaced every 6-8 months, while every 2 years for Filter #1 (Pre- Filter).

KEEPING THINGS CLEAN (CONT.) Cleaning the Anion Generator When you hear a creaking sound, this may indicate a dusty anion generator. To clean, regularly brush off the dusts around the head using a #1 or #2 paint brush. Cleaning the Air Particle Sensor Approximately once every two months, wipe the lens with a cotton swab dipped in water to remove any dirt as moisture or tobacco smoke residue may cause it to no longer work properly.
