this manual as soon as possible.
Read the EntiRE iMpORtAnt SAfEtY infORMAtiOn section at the
beginning of this manual including all text under subheadings therein
before set up or use of this product.
nOtE: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following
pages, refer to the Assembly Diagram near the end of this manual.
1.
iMpORtAnt: Do not fully tighten any 5/16" Hex Nuts (17) until the entire
Wheelbarrow has been assembled.
2.
Set the two Steel Handles (2) parallel to one another and elevated approximately
24" from the floor, using two boxes or saw horses (not included).
(See Assy. Diagram.)
3.
Place the Nose Guard (6) around and over the ends of the Steel Handles (2).
Insert two 5/16" x 2" Hex Bolts (16) with threads facing inward through the Nose
Guard. Insert one 5/16" Spring Washer (18) onto each Hex Bolt. Then finger
tighten one 5/16" Hex Nut (17) onto each Hex Bolt. (See Assy. Diagram.)
