POSSIBLE CAUSE
1.
Wye Delta switch time set
too long.
2.
Minimum Pressure/Check
Valve is faulty.

Supply voltage is too low.

Restricted air filter.
2.
Sticking inlet valve.
3.
Minimum pressure valve
stuck closed.
4.
Oil separator clogged.
5.
Intervals of moisture
separator drainage
incorrectly set.
6.
Condensate drain
solenoid valve is faulty.
7.
Leaks in the compressed
air system.
8.
V-Belts broken.
9.
V-Belts slipping.
10.
Pressure limits incorrectly
set.
11.
Aftercooler is frozen
1.
Dirty or clogged cooler
face.
2.
Insufficient cooling air
flow.
3.
Clogged oil filter or cooler
(interior).
4.
Low compressor oil.
5.
Faulty temperature
sensor.
6.
Thermostatic mixing valve
stuck open.

REMEDY
1.
Contact your Gardner
Denver distributor.
2.
Repair or replace.
3.
Check the supply voltage.
1.
Clean or replace filter.
2.
Inspect and clean inlet
valve.
3.
Replace valve.
4.
Replace.
5.
Check the setting in the
AirSmart controller.
6.
Replace.
7.
Check for leaks, fix any
leaks found.
8.
Replace.
9.
Test belt tensioning.
10.
Check/correct pressure
limits in the AirSmart
Controller.
11.
Thaw out. This machine
cannot operate in
temperatures below 32° F
(0° C).
1.
Clean cooler.
2.
Provide unrestricted
supply of cooling air.
3.
Replace filter or clean
cooler.
4.
Add oil to proper level.
5.
Replace sensor.
6.
Repair or replace valve.
