These devices comply with directive EN837-1, EN837-2 and EN837-3
This manual is used for: KMG, KMF, KMC series
WARNING:
Incorrect use of pressure gauges can cause damage and injuries. Under this directive, the user
must ensure that pressure gauges are installed and used accordance with the instructions in
this leaflet.
Before starting installation, follow the recommendations of standard EN837-2:
Check that the pressure gauge, designed in compliance with standard EN837-1or EN837-3 is
suitable for the planned use in terms of:
Operating pressure: depending on models, OP=75 or 100% of maximum range

Operating temperature standard: -20...70℃

Safety level of the pressure gauge
-
Process connection
-
Type of mounting
-
Compatibility of materials in contact with the fluid to be measured
-
Check that the pressure gauge is compatible with environmental conditions, vibrations,
-
shocks, pulses and the surrounding atmosphere.
Mounting:
The operator must ensure that the connection is sealed. The sealing surface must be clean and
an appropriate gasket used. Use an appropriate wrench on the hexagon (G1/2 ½NPT) to
tighten to the appropriate torque (50 Nm maximum). Reduce this torque for smaller threads.
Please notes when screwing the gauges in, the force required for this must not be applied
through the case or terminal box, rather only through the spanner flats provided for this
purpose. Otherwise the gauge will be damaged.
