General information:
Training is given to users and technicians together. Following the user training, a special
section is conducted for technicians. Technicians are asked not to put forward any tech-
nical questions during the user training.

- Guidance on areas of application of the appliances (functional description)
- Safety notes and warnings according to operating instructions
- Docking system
- Operation of user interface (control elements)
- Appliance operation
- Shutdown
- Emergency stop button (how it works and risk avoidance)
- Checks, cleaning and routine checks
- Service and maintenance
- Machine log book
- Procedure in the event of faults, safety procedures and first aid measures
- Information on correct loading and unloading
- Information on using unsuitable load carriers
- Information on the risk of overloading
- Information on escape routes (keeping clear and labelling/describing)
- Transfer of documentation
Participants
The following personnel confirm by their signature that they have received and understood
the above training with all its subject matter and content. In addition to appropriate hand-
ling, the dangers associated with operational activities and with Miele products to people,
the environment and material goods, the relevant safety and protective equipment and ne-
cessary behaviour in the event of danger were also addressed.
