Operating instructions
 Risk to health and risk of damage if the operating instructions
are not followed.
Failure to follow the operating instructions – and in particular the
safety notes and warnings they contain – may result in persons be-
ing seriously injured or property being seriously damaged.
Read these operating instructions carefully before using Miele ac-
cessories. It is also essential that you pay attention to the operating
instructions for the cleaning machine. This will prevent both per-
sonal injury and damage to accessories.
Keep the operating instructions in a safe place.
Conversions, modifications and use for any other purpose are not
permitted and could be dangerous.
The washer-disinfector is generally referred to as "the machine" in
these operating instructions.

Appropriate use


The conveyor system is only approved for the range of applications
specifically mentioned in these operating instructions. All other uses,
conversions and modifications made by unauthorised persons are
not permitted and are considered dangerous.

The conveyor system is intended for indoor use only.

The conveyor system is only intended to load and unload load car-
riers approved by Miele for use with the conveyor system.

Transfer trolleys may only be stopped in level areas.

The operator must not modify the construction or the facility
without first consulting with Miele.

The system operator must check the conveyor system disinfection
process, especially when retrofitting conveyor systems.

The conveyor system must not be used as a resting place for ob-
jects.

The height of the variable transfer trolley must never be adjusted
while the transfer trolley is docked onto the conveyor system or to the
cleaning machine.

Only items approved by Miele may be used for the conveyor sys-
tem and the wider system.

This conveyor system should be commissioned, serviced and
maintained by the Miele Customer Service Department or by a Miele
authorised service dealer/agent only. A Miele service/maintenance
contract is recommended to ensure continued safe functioning of the
system. Unauthorised repairs and other work could be dangerous to
users and to patients.
