Configure and Sync Corporate Email Settings
You can sync and configure various settings for your corporate email and create a corporate email
signature.
Sync Your Accounts
1. Tap

> S ystem settings > A ccounts & sync.
2. Tap the Corporate account to reveal the account's synchronization settings screen.
3. Place a checkmark next to each option if you want the phone to automatically synchronize. If you
want to manually synchronize, tap
Configure Corporate Email
1. Tap

> S ystem settings > A ccounts & sync.
2. Tap the Corporate account field to reveal the account's synchronization settings screen.
3. Tap Account settings and select the desired account.
Account name: D isplays the name used by the phone to track the account.

Your name: D isplays your name. Tap this to change it.

Signature: T o add a signature or other information to outgoing email.
l
Quick responses: A llows you to edit text that you frequently insert when composing emails.
l
Default account: A llows you to select the current account as the default account to send
l
emails from.
Sort by: A llows you to sort the emails by date, subject, sender, or size.
l
Update schedule: C hoose the update schedule.
l
Days to sync: C hoose how many days of email you want to sync.
l
Message size limit: A llows you to set the size limit for messages.
l
Days to sync calendar: C hoose how many days of calendar you want to sync.
l
Sync email: P lace a checkmark to synchronize email for this account.
l
Sync contacts: P lace a checkmark to synchronize contacts for this account.
l
Sync calendar: P lace a checkmark to synchronize calendar for this account.
l
Auto-download attachments: A llows you to automatically download email attachments.
