The FnLock switch

The FnLock is a switch that reverses the default and hidden function of a hotkey. The FnLock switch shares
the ESC key (in the upper left corner of the keyboard). To turn it on or off, press Fn + ESC. The following table
provides an example of how the FnLock switch changes the default function of the F1 key.

* The F1 function is application-dependent. It may have no function if the active application does not have a
definition for the key.

Set macro keys

If Lenovo Vantage is pre-installed, you can use the app to create macro keys for use in gaming or other apps.
Step 1.
Open Lenovo Vantage.
Step 2.
Under System Tools, click Macro Key.
Step 3.
Select a key on the numeric keypad and follow on-screen instructions to record keystrokes for this
macro key.
Note: Make sure the numeric keypad is enabled when using macro keys in gaming or other apps.
