Tools Needed
Impact Driver, Drill, or Ratchet (Make sure that your battery is fully charged as a weak battery can result in
inadequate tightening of bolts.)
Socket –9/16 and 11/16
Hammer – Use to seat bolts in case coating is interfering.
Screwdriver
Note: The dumpster can be assembled on the floor, but the use of a sturdy table for assembly in an elevated position
makes the job easier. Can be assembled by one person.
When assembly is complete make sure all bolts are fully tightened before use.
Orientation of Dumpster – Front is determined by the locking left front wheel and the front left and right vertical corner
posts are lower than the back.

  • Page 3 Assembly Steps Step 1 – Remove bolts holding top front and rear rails in place and set the rails aside. Remove lids from dumpster. Step 2 –Remove front and rear transport bolts to release end pieces for vertical assembly. The nut for the transport bolt on the rear is under the fork pocket.
  • Page 4 Step 3 – Remove the nuts off the three bolts holding the corner stacking brackets in place on left end as facing the front. Leave the top two bolts in holes as these will secure the end of unit when raised. Remove the bottom nut and bolt for use later.
  • Page 5 Step 4A – Insert 2 additional bolts/nuts on the bottom back of each corner. Tighten securely. Step 4B – Insert 1 bolt/nut on right side fork pocket near back corner.   • Page 6 Step 7 - Install back top rail using 2 end lid brackets on back side of the unit. Corner posts are taller for the back side. Note: Top rear rail has three top holes and is an “L” shaped bend – no channel. Make sure that the rail attaches to outside of rear posts and is level with the top of the post.
  • Page 7 Rear Vertical Support Rails Installed forming “V” Step 8a – Attach center lid support bracket to center of top rail with hole above top rail. Note: Middle lid support bracket should be pushed up and be parallel to top rail. Middle Lid Support Bracket Top hole points up.

  • Page 9 Step 11 – Install front signage sheet and right and left fork protectors. This step requires 11 bolts/nuts. Two bolts on the bottom left and right corners will go through the corner brackets and the signage sheet. The signage panel should slip between the bottom rail and the vertical support rails. Tighten all bolts and nuts on the three vertical support rails.
  • Page 10 Installing the Bag with 4 Support Rods and Rails Step 14 - Place bag in dumpster with front side with four flaps facing the front. NEED NEW PHOTO Step 15- Slide bottom end bag support rail through bag sleeve on each end and attach rail to back corner posts using bottom bolt.
  • Page 11 Step 16 A – Install top rear bag support rod through end bag rail, corner post, bag sleeves, and vertical supports. Bag will be taut. (If too tight to put end bag rail in place over rod, pull bag towards front of unit.) Tighten the front corner bolts of the bag support rail.
