Suction Caps:
Make sure you have clean flat surface to attach the suction caps to.
Remove the yellow plastic cover and place suction caps squarely onto the surface (A little soapy water
on the surface will help maintain a good seal) and press the pump cylinder in and out until the red line is
inside the cylinder. After a while this red line may move out and show itself, this means there is some
suction loss. Just pump it a few more times and it will reset the vacuum.
To release squeeze with your thumb and forefinger on the two rubber lugs
If mounting to a vehicle roof that has support ribs in it, the rear suction cup can be moved side to side to
allow it to fit inside the rib grooves and each side suction cup is also adjustable here.

Other mountings:
If mounting to a roof rack or an uneven / rough surface, leave the yellow caps on and use zip ties or
straps to secure the light. Make sure whatever you use to secure it does not foul on the light itself or
crush any wires or components.
The suction cups can be removed, and the light bolted directly to the surface or other mounting system
if need be. Please note* that all bolts are threaded into the aluminium frame so be careful to not
overtighten and strip the threads.
Using:
Once it is mounted, run the wires and control box through your open door and close the door seal
against the wires.
Place the control box somewhere convenient with the switch facing towards the front of the vehicle.
Run the battery wires out to the battery and attach the alligator clips (take note of polarity warning
above).
Once connected turn the control box switch on, wait 10 seconds for the light to warm up and find its
position and you are ready to go.
Warning: Do not try to move the light by hand as this may damage the gears and belts
