Shelving systems may only be loaded in accordance with the specifications on which they are based.
The racks must be loaded evenly, as the static design is based on the assumption of an evenly distributed
surface load. Point impact loads and sliding loads must therefore be avoided.
Shelf frames and compartments, especially shelves, must not be entered by persons.
Damaged and deformed load-bearing components of a shelf must be replaced immediately, as the
load-bearing capacity can only be guaranteed if the rack is in perfect condition.
Load of the components
The stated load values correspond to the tested and typified static calculation.
Permissible load capacities
Shelf load = evenly distributed load on shelves
Bay load (per shelf bay) = shelf load x number of shelves on top of each other
The sum of all shelf loads and applied platform loads must not overload the maximum bay load.
Load capacity data
Shelf depth 350 mm Load per shelf max. 42 kg, max. load per shelf 378 kg
Shelf depth 500 mm Load per shelf max. 80 kg, max. Load per shelf 720 kg
Shelf depth 680 mm Load per shelf max.120 kg, max. Load per shelf 1080 kg
Shelf depth 830 mm Load per shelf max.160 kg, max. Load per shelf 1440 kg
When storing the stored goods, dynamic load factors must be avoided.
Please observe the following instructions:
1. The stated load capacities
The technical levels
Of the shelf panel
Are maximum values and must never be exceeded.
2. Stepping on or climbing on the shelves is not permitted.
3. The shelves must be loaded evenly (over the entire surface) with the stored goods. Point loads are to be
avoided. The stored goods must be inserted. Dynamic load factors, which may arise, for example, from
"throwing in" or "impact", are to be avoided (leads to overloading).
4. When removing shelves, care must be taken to ensure that the hook-in cams are not bent.
5. Damaged components must not be used any further and must be replaced if in doubt. In case of
problems of any kind, please contact our field service.
