WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Use the Lubricant to lubricate the deck beneath the belt. If you can reach under the belt approximately 15cm on each side, use the following procedure: Unplug the electrical cord. Lift up on the belt and reach under with the tube of lubricant. Squirt most of the lubricant on the deck surface.

If the belt is too close to the left side, then turn the bolt only a 1/4 turn to the right (clockwise) and wait a few minutes for the belt to adjust itself.
