All Smart Programme cooking times and temperatures are restored to the factory default setting. Cancel active cooking programme You can cancel any cooking programme at any time. • While in Standby, Preheating or active cooking programme, press Cancel. Depending on the temperature of the unit, the internal fan may keep running to cool the unit. -

Test run Before using your new Instant Vortex Plus for the first time, you must perform a test run to ensure everything is working correctly. To perform a test run: Follow the instructions for cooking on page 6. Insert the cooking basket, but do not add food. - Page 9 What to cook in The cooking basket with cooking tray is perforated to allow air to flow under and around your food, and should be used for most foods, like wings and cauliflower bites. For the Baking programme only, you can use a metal or glass baking dish to hold things like batter for cakes and dough for breads.

Do I need to change the filter out and if so, how do I do that?
Yes, you need to change the OdourErase filter in the Instant Vortex Plus AFB6132BK when the display shows "Change Filter."
To change the filter:
1. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
2. Lift the filter housing from the top of the unit.
3. Remove and dispose of the old filters (they are not recyclable).
4. Insert two new filters into the filter housing.
5. Place the filter housing back into the unit and plug it back in.
6. Press the “Bake” and “Reheat” buttons together to reset the filter (the filter LED will turn off).
The filters will then begin reducing odours automatically.
