5. Equipment Description

With an outstanding silent performance, this standard peristaltic pump has beco-
me the first choice of laboratory application. It usually supports various analytical
instruments, and it is also highly appreciated by their costs performance.
With an easy-load pump head to easy load and fix the tubing, it can connect
multichannel pump heads in series to use according to customers' requests. The
pump housing has a perfect rigidity and structure, with a high temperature and
corrosion resistance, especially in the strong chemical corrosion resistance, such
as organic solvents, etc. This feature decreases effectively the damage ratio of
the pump head, and also reduces maintenance costs for customers.
Rotating speed can be manually controlled or automatically through an external
interface. The memory function, after connecting power again, works according
to the last state of load. Timing test function is very convenient for users to test
and calibrate flow rates. It provides 7 kinds of external control modes for an easy
and flexible use.
These pumps are normally used for university laboratories and research institutes;
For ion chromatography and titrators; For industry production.

6. Installation

Place the pump on a flat, horizontal and level surface, trying to leave a
space of about 10 cm at the back and on each side.
Do NOT use the pump to dry or for thermic treatment of products
which could form explosive gases.
Be sure that the voltage supply is the same as the one indicated
on the characteristics plate of the equipment.
Do not use the equipment if it is NOT EARTHED.

Blue cable: Neutral.
Brown cable: Phase.
Yellow/green cable: Earth.
