EXP series Precauzioni per l’installazione Gli elevatori della serie EXP sono unità designate al sollevamento di carichi. Non devono mai essere usati senza gli stabilizzatori. Installare l’unità su una superficie solida e livellata. Non installare in luogo dove la regolazione degli stabilizzatori non permet- ta di raggiungere la condizione di equilibrio. - Page 6 EXP series Evitare che l’unità sia utilizzata da personale tecnico non qualificato. Prima di posizionare il carico, verificare che esso superi il valore mi- nimo stabilito per ogni elevatore. Un carico inferiore alla portata mi- nima potrebbe rendere più difficile il processo di discesa del carico. Assicurarsi che, in fase di sollevamento, non ci siano intorno all’ele- vatore oggetti o cavi elettrici.
- Page 7 EXP series Non cercare di spostare l’unità quando è sotto carico. Evitare di ef- fettuare qualsiasi tipo di spostamento anche leggero quando l’unità è nella suddetta condizione. Non cercare di sollevare carichi mal posizionati o decentrati. Verifi- care che il carico sia ben centrato sull’unità in modo da favorirne il sollevamento in senso verticale e senza alcun sbilanciamento.

EXP series 2.3 FASE DI DISCESA • Posizionare la maniglia (H) sul relativo perno. • Ruotare leggermente la maniglia in senso orario per ridurre la pressione sul blocco di sicurezza. • Spostare la levetta del blocco di sicurezza (J) sulla posizione di sblocco. • Ruotare la maniglia in senso antiorario per iniziare la fase di discesa. -

EXP series Installation precautions The EXP series lifting towers are machines designed to elevate loads. Do not elevate the tower without us- ing the stabilize legs. Place the tower over a flat and stable surface. Do not install it in a place where the use over the stabilize leg would not be enough to reach a perfect balance. - Page 20 EXP series Avoid the non-desired tower manipulation by non-qualified people. Before placing the load, verify that it exceeds the minimum estab- lished for each lift. A load below the minimum flow could hamper the process of lowering the load. Make sure, when lifted, there are no objects or around the lift ca- bles.
- Page 21 EXP series Never move the lift whilst it is carrying a load. Avoid carrying out any type of movement even small positional adjustments. The lift must never be used to elevate a load that has not been properly checked. It is necessary to verify that the load is correctly supported and centred on the appropriate lift support so that the weight of the load will only elevate in a vertical direction.
- Page 22 EXP series Do not use the tower like support for banners or decorates support. With heavy wind, these elements could act as “sail” and to knock over the tower. Do not use the tower in heavy wind conditions. Take into account that if the exposed height and surface is maximum, the tower stabil- ity is reduced.

EXP series GENERAL INFORMATION Shipments and claims The goods are sold “ex works” and always travel at the risk and danger of the distributor. Eventual dam- age will have to be claimed to the freight forwarder. Any claim for broken packs will have to be forwarded within 8 days from the reception of the goods. -

EXP series 2.3 DESCENT PROCESS • Position the handle on axle (H). • Turn slightly the handle clock wise to relieve pressure on the safety ratchet (J). • Pull the safety lock (J) backwards in unlocked position. • Turn the handle anti clockwise. When fully folded, it may be possible to continue to turn the handle anti clockwise. -

EXP series - 3 - MAINTENANCE 3.1 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE The EXP series elevator does not require maintenance. It has been greased at factory and is designed to operate at nominal load for 2 years with one complete cycle (up and down)once a day.
