    AER-W80 User Manual 3.7 Integrated 10/100 4-Port Switch The Gateway has a built-in, 4-port network switch to allow your wired computers to share printers, data and MP3 files, digital photos, and much more. The switch will transfer data between computers and the Internet simultaneously without interrupting or consuming resources.

All of the cables exit from the front of the Gateway for better organization and utility. The LED indicators are easily visible on the top of the Gateway to provide you with information about network activity and status.

    AER-W80 User Manual This switch allows your Gateway to connect with your computer via either USB port or RJ-45 ports. USB port selection is for debug however, if you wish to access the internet, the switch must be selected for RJ-45 port.

    AER-W80 User Manual  Change the Gateway’s internal password.  Configure Dynamic DNS function.  View the Gateway’s current 3G information, connected DHCP clients and WLAN clients. Reset the Gateway’s default settings.   Update the Gateway’s firmware. 7.1 Access Network Setup Follow below steps to configure your Gateway’s Ethernet connection.

    AER-W80 User Manual 7.2 Navigate Web-based UI 1. WAN Clicking on the header of the “WAN” tab will take you to the “WAN” header page. From this page, the Gateway’s basic settings can be modified. These settings include :Login, Password.

Restriction can be set for a single computer, a range of computers, or multiple computers. Select “Enable”. To restrict Internet access to a single computer, for example, enter the IP address of the computer you wish to restrict access to in the IP fields.

Any computer attempting to access the network that is not specified in the filter list will be denied access. When you enable this feature, you must enter the MAC address of each client (computer) on your network to allow network access to each.
