Changing or replacing a SIM card
The screws and SIM card should only be
removed by one of our agents at Latitude
USA or under instructions from us.
Please be aware that if you choose to
remove the screws and screw plugs we
cannot cover them under warranty for
water ingress.

Latitude USA will charge a new setup fee if
you ask us to change SIM cards and
