    Detalles de la máquina: - Esta sierra de cinta está diseñada exclusivamente para trabajos de corte de materiales ferrosos (acero, hierro, hierro fundido) y no ferrosos (cobre, aluminio, latón ...), tubulares, perfilados o sólidos. Trabaje solo los materiales para los que fue diseñado: está estrictamente prohibido cortar materiales distintos a los descritos anteriormente, como los materiales de construcción (hormigón, ladrillo, piedra, pavimento ...), madera, PVC, Plásticos y derivados.

    Dado que el nivel de ruido emitido por esta máquina depende del tipo y las dimensiones del material mecanizado, el tipo de herramienta utilizada, el entorno en el que se coloca la máquina, recomendamos encarecidamente al usuario que use protección auditiva. Los valores dados son niveles de emisión y no necesariamente niveles que permitan un trabajo seguro.

    La máquina se entrega parcialmente montada. Los siguientes componentes deben instalarse antes de arrancar la máquina: pedestal, tope final, rodillo guía, consola de control, placa de recuperación de líquido. Monte la base primero: está en paquete 2/2. 6.1 Montaje de la base armario Herramienta necesaria: 1 llave de 13mm (no incluida) La máquina debe fijarse al suelo para que pueda trabajar con seguridad.

    Atención: Antes de cada puesta en marcha, compruebe que no haya fugas y que el líquido no salga del tanque: un suelo resbaladizo puede ser peligroso y provocar accidentes. 9. Puesta en marcha 9.1 Controles y verificaciones - Verifique antes de cualquier operación que los dispositivos de seguridad y protección estén en buenas condiciones.

    9.4 Manipulación en modo manual Peligro: Mantenga siempre sus manos alejadas del área de corte. - Agarre la palanca de control (A) y presione el gatillo de inicio (Fig. 54): controla el movimiento de la sierra y activa la electrobomba. - La sierra corta mientras se desplaza continuamente.

    - Limpie todas las superficies de apoyo del banco y el brazo oscilante. - Limpie la bomba y la rejilla del tanque, el orificio de las 2 válvulas de refrigerante. - Limpie las 2 guías de la cuchilla. - Limpie los volantes de la cuchilla, especialmente su superficie de contacto con la cuchilla. - No utilice agua, disolventes, detergentes, abrasivos ni corrosivos.

    3. DESCRIPTION AND MAIN FEATURES 3.1 FOREWORD This manual provides all the information necessary for a full understanding, effective use and routine maintenance of this band saw. The information featured in this manual does not represent a complete description of the different machine parts or a detailed explanation of their function: the user however is given the normal information required for using the machine safely and for keeping it in good condition.

    3.4 UNINTENDED USE OF THE MACHINE DANGER! The operator must use the machine in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this manual, specifically the regulations in force relating to accident prevention, the conditions for use and technical characteristics of the machine itself. USE OF THE MACHINE FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THAT FOR WHICH IT WAS INTENDED AS SET FORTH IN THIS MANUAL RELEASE THE MANUFACTURED FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY TO PERSONS OR ANIMLS AND/OR DAMAGE TO THINGS.

    5. HANDLING AND INSTALLATION 5.1 HANDLING For long distance the machine may be transported on lorries or train wagons. See “2. Technical specifications” for the weight and the size of the machine. Fig 10 Fig 11 Fig 12 The saw is usually supplied packaged in plastic or strapped, and palletized. If so, the machine can be easily moved, loaded or unloaded with a normal lift truck of suitable lifting capacity (Fig 10).

    5.3 GENERAL CONTROLS WARNING! Before starting the saw check that the machine is working correctly, that the safety devices are perfectly operational and that the blade slides smoothly. Check that there are mo damaged elements, that all the parts have been assembled correctly and that they are on perfect working order.

    LIMIT SWITCH 21-H16 21-H13 Fig 4 Fig 5 When the cutting is completed, the band saw is stopped. 6.5 NORMAL CUTTING After carrying out the operations required for machine start-up, follow the instructions below: - Place the material to be cut in the vice and clamp it firmly. - Press the total switch in order to energize the machine.

    To perform this operation, simple loosen the vice lock lever positioned on the machine base (H Fig 34) and rotate the head to the angle required (Fig 35 & 36); finally tighten lock lever (H). DANGER! This operation must be performed with the machine off and voltage disconnected. The lock lever must be tightened securely to avoid any movement of the head during cutting.

    - Release the hex nut (1). - Screw in or out the hex bolt (2) to adjust. - Then tighten the hex nut (1). Now the bow return stroke will stop at the set position. 6.11 ADJUSTING THE BOW PIVOT STROKE The bow can pivots from 0 to 60 .

    WARNING! After use always make sure that the electric power supply has been disconnected. 6.15 SHUTDOWN If the machine is to be shut down for a prolonged period of time, the parts subject to wear must be lubricated and the machine covered with a plastic sheet and stored in a sheltered, dry place. If these instructions are observed when work with the saw is resumed the machine will be in perfect working order.
