My M15 doesn't charge. The screen lights up when power is connected - but no 'plug' symbol and battery does'nt charge. Is there a fix?

If the screen lights up but the battery does not charge, try the following steps:
1. Ensure you are using a USB-C cable, as required for charging. 2. Check for the battery symbol in the bottom right of the screen and a plug symbol during charging to confirm it is charging. 3.
