Please note that the light is designed to work in the dark. If there
are strong light sources nearby then the LED may be very dim or not
work at all. Although the manufacturer has charged the battery, the
charge levels will have decreased when you receive it. Please charge
the solar panel for a full day to optimize performance. To charge the
solar panel, place the solar panel in direct sunlight with the unit in the
"ON" position. The surface of the solar panel must be kept clear, if
not, this will infl uence the effi ciency of charging.
