7.2 Perform commissioning

Only operate the vacuum system in accordance with the
operating parameters and operating conditions described
in Chapter 4 Technical data [} 16].

Ensure the proper use of the vacuum system (see Chap-
ter Proper use).
à
Eliminate the possibility of improper use of the vacuum
system (see Chapter 3.6.2 Foreseeable misuse [} 13]).
à
Observe the safety instructions (see Chapter 3 Safety
[} 10]).
Risk of burns from hot vacuum parts
and/or hot medium
during or after operation of the vacuum
system, some vacuum system parts
may be hot.
à
Allow the vacuum system to cool
down after operation.
à
Take protective measures to pro-
tect against touching hot parts.
Injury to eyes
Coming too close to the inlet/outlet of
the vacuum system may result in injury
to the eyes due to the present vacuum/
operating pressure.
à
Do not look into the vacuum sys-
tem inlet/outlet during operation.
