Place juicer on counter. Remove cover
and select desired Low, Medium, or
High setting by rotating the cone
according to the arrows. Place a
low glass or container under the
spout, making sure spout is open.

For even, effective
juicing, decrease
and reapply
pressure to stop and reverse
direction of the juicing
reamer. Squeeze fruit while
juicing to extract additional
juice. Discard rind when
juice has been fully
extracted.
5.
When juice flow slows, release
cover to stop Fast-Spin. Close drip
spout. Rotate reamer to the left to
release. Remove sieve and reamer,
rinse and replace. Repeat steps until
desired amount of juice is reached.
Do not throw away. Read before operating your new Citrus Juicer.

Place center of
horizontally
sliced fruit on
the center of the
juicing reamer. Apply firm
and steady pressure to the
fruit to start juicer.

Repeat with additional fruit until
sieve appears full. Place cover on
unit and press down to activate
Fast-Spin feature and draw out
remaining juice.

Cleaning Your Citrus Juicer

Always unplug your Cuisinart
Pulp Control Citrus Juicer from
the electrical outlet before cleaning.
Rinse juice container, reamer/sieve assembly
and cover before placing on the top rack of
the dishwasher. Wipe stainless steel housing
with a damp microfiber cloth. Never immerse
motor housing in liquid to clean. Push unused
cord back into the base. Replace clean juice
container, reamer and cover on unit to store.
