4. Turn the control dial to the desired setting. There are five settings (Cont.,
30, 60, 90, and 120 mins). A 90-minute cycle is recommended for a softer ice cream,
whereas a 120-minute cycle makes for a firmer texture.
The ice cream maker will then begin churning and the indicator light will illuminate.
Note:
The 'Cont.' setting is a continuous setting that keeps the ice cream maker churning
until you turn it off.
5. If you selected one of the timed settings, the ice cream maker will stop after the listed
time. Turn the control dial back to 'OFF' and lift the lid and motor. Check on the
texture of the ice cream. If the texture is to your liking, use the scoop to take out the
ice cream and enjoy.
If the ice cream requires more time or you are seeking a firmer texture, place the lid
and motor back on, and turn the control dial to the desired setting to allow the ice
cream to continue churning. Turn the control dial back to 'OFF' and remove with the
scoop once the desired texture is reached.
