Suffolk, 1P32 7AR, and was undertaken by the manufacturer and holder of the construction file. This certificate is
signed by the Chief Engineer for the manufacturer.
We hereby certify that the crane or hoist and accessory gear covered by this test certificate has been tested to 50% overload,
and the safety valve has been set at the rated working capacity. This product was manufactured in China and product
liability insurance is in effect within the U.K. through Axa Insurance Company Policy Number NHCOM 1193182.
