  • Page 4 1. Introduction 1.1 Previous concepts This instruction manual introduces the safe and proper handling of TECHNOFLUX DRAGO I-E and DRAGO II-E range of Oxyhydric Welders. The safety instructions outlined throughout this manual, as well as the general instructions for operating machinery, must be respected. Accident prevention measures and general safety regulations indicated in the workplace and in the work stations associated with this equipment must also be taken into account.

    2. Warranty TECHNOFLUX products are covered by a twelve month warranty. From the date of delivery to the customer. To use other types of liquids or non-compatible torches, GABRIEL BENMAYOR S.A. is not res- ponsible for any breakdowns that may cause.

Start Up 4.1 Expected use DRAGO I-E and DRAGO II-E oxyhydric welders have the objective of welding any type of common alloys, without having problems of overheating of the structures, thereby obtaining great preci- sion at the welding point. The oxyhydrogen welder generates its own fuel from a first charge of TECHNOFLUX CH, maintaining the level with distilled water and achieving exceptional results.

    5.3 Maintenance operations The following are recommended maintenance operations for regular use of the equipment, arranged according to the expected frequency: • The filling for the tank level (A) will be done with distilled water. It is recommended that with daily use of the machine, the level is topped up every 6 months with CH liquid so as not to lose gas-generating properties.
