For installing the standard HDMI bulkhead with M16 thread: Unscrew the M16 plug from the threaded hole with a coin. Tighten the HDMI bulkhead with a spanner. iii. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI bulkhead.

Connect the HDMI cable to the camera's HDMI connector. For installing the custom HDMI bulkhead to use with extension: Unscrew the M16 plug from the accessory port with a coin. Tighten the socket extension to the camera housing with a spanner.
