Phase monitor
These units are equipped with a
phase monitor (designated KA1, for
position, see the unit layouts from
page 6) that will prevent a start in
case of an incorrect phase sequence.

Differential pressure regulator
The differential pressure regulator is
an important safety element of this
unit. It is fitted at the heat exchanger
of the hydraulic circuit.
The differential pressure regulator
ensures that a volume of water that is
adequate for the compressor opera-
tion is available in the hydraulic cir-
cuit.
LEDs explained:
Yellow and green LEDs ON:
Field of rotation OK, unit ready.
Green LED ON, yellow LED OFF:
Phase L1 reversed or separated,
unit inoperable.
Green and yellow LEDs OFF:
Phases L2 and L3 separated, unit
inoperable.
This prevents damage to the heat
exchanger, e.g. as a result of a circu-
lation pump failure or through icing up
of the hydraulic circuit.
