3. Insert the iQue M5 into the cradle by aligning the sides of the unit with the sides of the cradle. Then slide the unit gently down until it clicks into place. - Page 4 Please insert this DVD-ROM into your DVD-ROM drive now.
- Page 5 Step 4—Insert the Companion 1. Insert the Microsoft into your DVD-ROM drive. 2. If the welcome screen does not automatically appear, click Start and then Run on your personal computer. Type the letter of your DVD-ROM drive followed by setup.exe (example: E:\setup.exe).

ActiveSync ® Install ActiveSync so that you can continue setting up your iQue M5 and load detailed map data. You must install the included ver- sion of ActiveSync to continue setting up your iQue M5 correctly, even if you have previ- ously installed any version of ActiveSync. - Page 7 Your iQue M5 synchronizes with your computer. Step 7—Install Mapping Software on Your Personal Computer To load detailed map data on your iQue M5, you must load MapSource on your personal computer. To install mapping software: 1. Click Install MapSource. Then click Install.
- Page 8 The UnlockWizard automatically starts at the end of the MapSource installation. It allows you to unlock your maps so that you can load detailed map data onto your iQue M5. You must unlock your maps before you can load them on your iQue M5.
