Installation The Auger Tube with the Intermediate Control must have each hole enlarged, as shown in Figure 1. This will ensure total feed dropout before the Intermediate Control. Use a hacksaw and tin snips to enlarge hole size. Be sure there are no burrs inside the tube to catch the auger.

Operation When the switch senses feed, the internal relay is activated immediately, stopping the system. When feed is removed, the delay is activated and prevents the system from starting until it has timed out. Setting the Delay The Proximity Switch includes an adjustable delay. The delay may be set from 1 sec- ond to 10 minutes.
