Microwave not heating

The Willz WLCMS311BK-10 microwave may not be heating due to several possible reasons:

1. Door Not Properly Closed – The safety lock system prevents operation if the door is not securely shut.
2. Safety Interlocks Tampered or Malfunctioning – If the interlocks are damaged or overridden, the microwave will not function.
3. Power Issues – Ensure the microwave is properly plugged in and the outlet is working.
4. Faulty Magnetron or Components – A defective magnetron, capacitor, or diode can prevent heating.
5. Incorrect Settings – Check if the microwave is set to the correct power level and cooking time.
6. Overheated or Tripped Protection – Some microwaves have thermal protection that shuts down the unit if it overheats.

If none of these resolve the issue, professional repair or replacement may be needed.
