- Page 9 ASSEMBLY MODEL # AXCHHAR-05 STEP-1 1. Attach Divider D to Middle Shelf F using three Allen Key Screws 1 . 2. Use Allen Key 3 to tighten Screws. Do not over-tighten. STEP-2 1. Attach six Cam Lock Pins 5 into pre-drilled holes at underneath of Middle Shelf F .
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY MODEL # AXCHHAR-05 STEP-3 1. Attach three Cam Lock Pins 5 into pre-drilled holes on each Side AL , AR . 2. Align Cam Lock Pins with guide holes and attach Middle Shelf F . 3. Insert six Cam Locks 5 into guide holes on Middle Shelf F .
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY MODEL # AXCHHAR-05 STEP-4 1. Attach Bottom C to Sides AL , AR and Bottom Dividers EL , ER using twelve Allen Key Screws 1 (three Screws on each Side and Bottom Divider). 2. Use Allen Key 3 to tighten Screws. Do not over-tighten.
- Page 12 ASSEMBLY MODEL # AXCHHAR-05 STEP-5 1. Attach Legs G to Bottom C . 2. Use six Allen Key Screws 1 to secure part C and G (three Screws on each Leg) 3. Use eight sets Allen Key Bolts, Lock Washers and Washers 2 to secure part C and G (four sets on each Leg).
- Page 13 ASSEMBLY MODEL # AXCHHAR-05 STEP-6 1. Insert two Wood Dowels 6 into guide holes on each Sides AL , AR . 2. Use rubber mallet to tap Wood Dowels 6 into bottom of holes securely. 1/2 length of Dowels should be exposed.

- Page 16 FURNITURE TIP OVER RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY WARNING Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. If the furniture tip over restraint kit is not in the box, please contact our customer service department in order to obtain another kit before using the furniture. STEP-9 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack.
- Page 17 FURNITURE TIP OVER RESTRAINT ASSEMBLY Furniture Tip Over Restraint Instructions: Attach one of the mounting brackets securely to the back edge of the furniture. Use the shorter screw. Determine where furniture is to be placed and mark location on the wall for mounting bracket screw hole approximately 2 inches below the bracket mounted to the furniture.
