Maintenance

Clean the product regularly. Empty out the ash once it
has cooled. It is likely that surface rust may form on
some parts of the product. However, that does not
prevent the product being used. Any rusty spots may
be sanded away using sandpaper and then painted
over with heat-resistant paint. Rust is normal on the
surfaces, and rusting does not fall under the product

warranty.

Storage
When you store the product, make sure the ash has
been cleaned from it and that you place it somewhere
that is dry and sheltered from snow and rain.
Warranty
This product is subject to a one-year production and
materials warranty.
Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase and
attach it to this manual as a warranty. In matters of
warranty, the place and date of purchase must be
indicated clearly and be able to be proven.
The warranty does not cover normal wear from use,
rusting on parts or surfaces, damage due to rusting,
damage resulting from the misuse of the product, or
damage or defect resulting from neglecting to main-
tain the product properly. Any changes in colour,
spotting,
rusting or darkening are normal for the steel surfaces
of the product with use and time. The steel surfaces
may show some corrosion spotting, especially in
humid and salty environments. Corrosion spotting
does not prevent the product from being used and is
an entirely normal phenomenon on steel surfaces;
therefore, it is not covered by the warranty.
If the product or parts of the product show defects or
problems during the warranty period, please contact
the vendor. The vendor is responsible for handling the
warranty process. In the case of a defective or
missing part, the vendor or their representative will
give or send the customer a new part but is not
responsible for installing the new part into the
product. As always with self-assembled products, the
customer is responsible for installing the new part in
accordance with the assembly instructions. Failure to
follow the use and warranty terms of the product will
void the warranty.
The warranty will be considered void if the product is
used in a commercial, production, sales, or rental
capacity. The warranty does not encroach upon any
valid consumer protection laws.
Before making a claim for damages or warranty,
please read the manual carefully and check that the
claim is not due to usage that goes contrary to that
specified in the manual or result from neglecting
product maintenance.
In matters of claims and warranty, the following
information must be provided to the vendor:
- Product name and model name
- Cause for complaint or warranty claim
- The parts number of the defective part, according to
the list of parts
- A copy of the buyer's receipt or other similar proof of
the transaction, vendor, and date of purchase
- The customer's name, telephone number, street
address and postal code (required if the parts are to
be sent to the customer through post)
Attaching photographs often helps the claim process
move forward smoothly. Please take 1-3 photographs
of the product or its part to show the vendor while
making the complaint or claim.
