If data is transferred to the transceiver from a personal computer with software provide by ABELL, the destination data (basic radio information) for each set can be modified. Normally, it is not necessary to modify the destination data because their values are determined automatically when the frequency range (frequency type) is set.

ABELL TH-308G VHF Service Manual CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION 1. Frequency configuration The receiver utilizes double conversion. The first IF is 21.70MHz and the second IF is 450 KHz. The first local oscillator signal is supplied from the PLL circuit. The PLL circuit in the transmitter generates the necessary frequencies.

ABELL TH-308G VHF Service Manual 1) Transmit audio The modulation signal from the microphone is amplified by IC100A, passes through a preemphasis circuit, and amplified by the other IC100B to perform IDC operation. The signal then passes through a low-pass filter (splatter filter) (Q101 and Q100) and cuts 3kHz and higher frequencies.
ABELL TH-308G VHF Service Manual ADJUSTMENT Required test Equipment 1.Stability power supply 1.The supply voltage can be changed between 5V and 18V, and the current is 3A or more. 2.The standard voltage is 7.5V 2.DC Ammeter 1. Class 1 ammeter (17ranges and other features).
