I bought the msa3 Jan 26, 2025. It’s plugged in and won’t turn on. No lights on front. It makes a beep when I plug it in again but that’s it

1. Ensure the power plug and cord are not damaged. 2. Make sure the device is placed on a flat, level, dry surface indoors. 3. Confirm that the air inlets and outlets are not obstructed. 4. Try resetting the filter timer by pressing and holding the lock filter button for 3 seconds until the unit beeps and the indicator light flashes 3 times.
