Step 5:
Fasten the formed top cap (1) to the sup porting assembly. Set the forme d top cap (1) on top of the supporting
assembly. Sli de a flat washer onto ea ch of fou r bolts (14); then f eed th e b olts thro ugh hol es A -D in th e top cap a nd
through the corresponding holes in the left (LS and 3) and right (2) side panels
