*Monitor and keyboard not included. It is recommended that you connect a monitor and keyboard to the S-Series system when
necessary to change the system configuration. However, an S-Series system can also be configured remotely using an SSH Client
(such as PuTTY, which is available for free on the Internet). The configuration menus should appear the same way whether you
are interacting with the system directly or through an SSH Client.
**S-Series systems are configured for network bonding with failover. If a connection is not found on the ETH1 port, the system
automatically tries to connect using the ETH2 port.

  • Page 3 NOTE: The drop-down list should remain bond0, which refers to the bonding of the two network ports. By default, the S-Series system drives are pre-configured for archiving. You can also use exacqVision Client for S- Series hardware monitoring, configuration of automatic notifications, event linking, event scheduling, and user management.
