Rally-Raid RRP 466 Quick Start Manual

Honda CB500X/F Scotts Damper Pin Mount-RRP 466
This will only work in conjunction with our Billet Top Triples, RRP435/464 & 465, these comes as
1. Remove the two M6 tank bolts (DO NOT DISCARD)
2. Ensure pin is fitted correctly and flush with bottom face of damper mount
3. Apply Loctite to M6 bolts and fit damper mount using the original M6 tank bolts.
NB. The curved edge must be facing the rear of the bike
4. Fit the spacers and M6X40 CHS to the damper unit and apply Loctite
5. Turn the bars to give more clearance, and align the pin to the damper arm
6. Ensure damper pin is properly secured and does not foul the damper unit. Also check there is
clearance between underside of damper and top of stem nut
7. Tighten M6X40 CHS, being careful not to cross thread the bolt
