Motorcycle Digital Air Compressor Instructions
Caution
Before operating this compressor, please read these instructions and retain for future
reference.
Read Carefully
Improper use of the compressor can cause damage to property and possibly harm the user.
When using the compressor ensure the bike or vehicle is parked in a safe location, off the
road with the vehicle handbrake on and where your personal safety is not at risk.

Power Supply

Power required 12 volts DC rated at 10 amps.

Cleaning

Only clean the compressor using a clean dry cloth.
Do not use cleaning products.
Ensure the compressor is clear of any dust or other debris before connection.
Caution
Inspect before each use.
Do not use the compressor when the vehicle is moving.
Do not leave connected to 12v DC socket unattended.
Do not put the compressor on or near sources of direct heat or expose to direct
sunlight.
Do not operate the compressor in or around flammable environments.
Do not kink or block the air hose while the compressor is working.
Do not use the compressor if bent, broken, melted, burnt, wet or any of the components
are damaged.
Do not use the air compressor on high pressure tyres such as those used on
commercial vehicles, agricultural or specialist vehicles.
Only use the adapters supplied with the device.
The compressor is not waterproof.
Ensure cables and hoses connected to the compressor do not interfere in the safe
operation of the vehicle.
When not in use store in a cool, dry dust free environment in the nylon bag provided.
This compressor is not designed for continuous use. Operation over an extended
period of time will overheat the unit and damage the compressor. It should not be
used continuously for more than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn it off and let it
cool for 15 minutes before resuming operation.
If the compressor is making an abnormal sound, or the temperature of the unit is too
high, turn the power off immediately and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before
resuming operation.
The compressor contains no user serviceable parts – Do not open.

Tyre Checks

Check tyres on a monthly basis.
Incorrect inflation shortens the life and performance of your tyres, increasing fuel
consumption and jeopardising safety.

  • Page 2 If using this option, it is advised to turn the vehicles engine off before attaching the ring terminals on to the battery. Once attached ensure that the ring terminal cable is secured in a convenient position away from any moving or heat generating components using a cable tie.

  • Page 5 En cas de bruit anormal ou de chaleur excessive du compresseur, éteignez-le immédiatement et laissez-le refroidir pendant au moins 30 minutes avant de vous en resservir. Le compresseur ne contient aucune pièce dont l'entretien ou le remplacement pourrait être assuré par l'utilisateur - ne l'ouvrez pas. Pendant son utilisation, le compresseur produit le niveau de bruit suivant : Vérification des pneumatiques Vérifiez la pression de vos pneus tous les mois.
  • Page 6 4. Raccordez la prise d’alimentation 12 v munie d’un fusible dans la prise 12 v de tout véhicule et branchez l’autre extrémité de ce câble à l’alimentation du compresseur. (Illustration 3) 5. Les pinces crocodiles peuvent servir à se raccorder directement aux bornes correspondantes de la batterie du véhicule (rouge : positif, noir : négatif).
