Warning! Position the central top so that the markers X indicated in the hole of the brass metal
plate and in the short pivot are aligned/facing the same side.

Springs are installed within the mechanism prior to shipping from factory

Place the two springs into the holes of the brass metal plate.

Insert the pivots of the central top into the special holes of the brass metal plate.
