    RS232 command for controlling the sink device power on/off the commands are triggered by detecting input signal status. To configure the unit’s ability to do this, connect a PC to HDMI-SWISS via a (RS232 3pins) UART-to-USB cable, check which port on the computer the RS232 cable is connected to in the device manager.
