11. INTERVENTION REQUEST FORM - SPARE PARTS If there are any anomalies or malfunctions, Tecnolux SRL must be contacted to have the malfunction report form. This is a guide form in which the Customer will specify the type of anomaly encountered and once completed Tecnolux replies with actions list to resolve the issue. -
