GETTING STARTED
1. Place the device on a clear, flat surface, such as a floor, bed or sofa. On a soft surface (bed or sofa),
we recommend using the device with the base plate. [FIG. 1] On a hard surface (floor), the device may be
used with or without the base plate, depending on your comfort level. Please note: the base plate can be
flipped over to change the traction strength.
Side A = Moderate Strength (recommended for beginners and seniors)
Side B = Intense Strength (recommended for experienced users)
2. Position your body on top of the device as shown, and get in a comfortable position.
Note: Be careful not to step on the base plate.
